This policy explains how WishMint handles support and refund review for personalized digital birthday card orders.

Before payment
Creating a message, choosing a template, adding optional photos, and reviewing a protected card preview happen before checkout. Please confirm the recipient name, message, selected template, and photo placement before paying.
When to contact support
Contact WishMint support if PayPal captured payment but your order page, PNG download, or private share link did not become available.
Also contact support if you believe a duplicate order was created, the wrong delivery state is shown, or the card generation failed after payment.
Review process
WishMint reviews refund and support requests using available order, payment, and delivery records. Include the email used at checkout, order page link if available, PayPal order reference if available, and a short description of what went wrong.
Because birthday cards are personalized digital goods, refund handling focuses on payment errors, duplicate charges, and delivery failures rather than changes of preference after a successful delivery.
Access after purchase
A successful order should provide access to the finished card, PNG download, and private share page. If you lose the link, contact support with enough order details for WishMint to investigate.
